Vanilla muffins with salted date caramel

For the muffins:
300 g of semi-whole flour type 2
250 g of Bio Oat Drink Vanilla
100 g of oat flour
100 g of brown sugar
60 g of corn seed oil
12 g of of baking powder
A pinch of salt

For the salted date caramel:
150 g of pitted dates
50 g of Bio Oat Drink Vanilla
15 g of maple syrup
A pinch of Maldon salt

For the muffins
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Then pour in the drink and corn seed oil, mixing well with a spatula. Pour the mixture into paper muffin cups, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 170°.
Leave them to cool.

For the salted date caramel
Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth and thick cream. Place it in a piping bag and place in the refrigerator.

Spread the salted caramel on the surface of each muffin with the help of a spatula.
