Rice cocoa bonet with amaretti biscuits


230 g of Bio Rice Drink Cacao
100 g of Bio Rice Cuisine
70 g of dark chocolate 70%
50 g of vegan amaretti
50 g of brown sugar
25 g of bitter cocoa powder
30 g of almond flour
2 g of agar agar
Vegetable whipped cream to taste
Crumbled vegan amaretti to taste

In a small saucepan, combine the Rice Drink Cacao and the Rice Cooking Cream together with bitter cocoa powder, almond flour, amaretti biscuits, brown sugar and agar agar. Blend well with a mixer until you get a very smooth texture.
Put on the heat and bring to the boil for one minute. Allow to cool for a few minutes and pour into the moulds.
Leave to cool until hardened and remove from the moulds.
Serve with a few clumps of vegetable whipped cream and crumbled vegan amaretti.
