Seitan Portobello Stew


(for 2 people)
1 package seitan, cut into bite-sized pieces
100 g of Bio Oat Cuisine
1 large onion, quartered and thickly sliced
1 large portobello mushroom, cleaned, stem removed and diced
1 fresh red pepper
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoons of extra virgin olive
2 tablespoons tomato pastes
some fresh basil leaves

Sauté seitan in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, onion and garlic for about six minutes. Add tomato paste, mushrooms, red pepper cut into small chunks and Bio Oat Cuisine and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for about 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil.
