Banana chocolate popsicle


(for 5 popsicles)
200 ml of Bio Oat Drink Cacao
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
50 g of melted dark chocolate (for garnish)
A handful of chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Add all of the ingredients (except garnish) to your blender and blend until combined.
As you pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, be careful not to pour too much froth along with the liquid, otherwise you’ll end up with an air-filled popsicle once it’s frozen!
Move to the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until completely frozen. Melt the chocolate and the peanut butter. Dunk each popsicle in the
chocolate mixture.
Once covered, roll them in chopped peanuts and then place on parchment
paper while you finish up the rest. Once you’ve finished coating all the
pops, transfer to the freezer to finish chilling.
