Chocolate Porridge


(for 4 people)
200 g oatmeal
1 l Bio Oat drink cacao
50 g dark chocolate
5/6 strawberries
handful of toasted hazelnuts
maple syrup to taste (optional)

Pour the oatmeal into a pot with Bio Oat Cocoa drink and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10/15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is dense and creamy.
Add 40 grams of crushed chocolate and stir until melted. Sweeten to taste with a dash of maple syrup. Leave to cool down a little, pour into cups and finish off with the remaining crushed chocolate, chopped hazelnuts and sliced strawberries.
