Chocolate Porridge


(for 4 people)
200gr oats
1 l Bio Avena drink cacao
50 g Dark chocolate
5/6 strawberries
Handful of toasted hazelnuts
Maple syrup to taste (optional)

Pour the oatmeal into a pot with Bio avena drink cacao and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10/15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is dense and creamy.
Add 40 gr of crushed chocolate , stir until melted. Sweeten to taste with a dash of maple syrup. Slightly cool down, poor into cups and finish with the remaining crushed chocolate, chopped hazelnuts and sliced strawberries.
