Biogurt mousse with apples and peanut butter


(for 4 glasses)
250 g of Soya Natural Biogurt
250 g of vegetable whipped cream
80 g of peanut butter
50 g of maple syrup
30 g of brown sugar
120 g of roasted oat flakes
100 g of roasted walnuts
4 golden apples
Juice of 1 lemon
Cinnamon powder to taste
1 pinch of salt ⁠

Whip the cream and add it to the Soya Natural Biogurt, stirring gently with a spatula. Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Peel and cut the apples into cubes and cook them in a pan with the maple syrup, the brown sugar, a sprinkling of cinnamon and a pinch of salt until they are well caramelised.
Off the heat, add the peanut butter, the roasted oat flakes, the roasted walnuts and lemon juice and allow to cool.
Alternate the Biogurt mousse with the caramelised apples into the glasses.
