2 very chilled Coconut Blueberry Biogurts
250 g of cold vegetable whipping cream
150 g of fresh blueberries
Whip the vegetable cream until it is stiff. Add the Coconut Blueberry Biogurt to the cream and mix with a spatula.
Pour the mousse into four bowls and leave it in the fridge for about two hours before serving.
Serve with fresh blueberries.
