For the cake:
(for 6 people)
80 g of rice flour
30 g of corn starch
30 g of type 0 flour
45 g of bitter cocoa
100 g of brown sugar
30 ml of sunflower oil
240 ml Bio Soya Drink Cacao
2 teaspoons of baking powder

For the stuffing:
100 g of white chocolate
60 g of Bio Oat Drink Natural



Grease and flour 6 ramekins. Prepare the white chocolate ganache by melting it in a bain-marie with the Oat Drink Natural. Leave it to cool.
In a blender, prepare the mixture by mixing the remaining ingredients. Pour 40 grams of dough into each ramekin, fill them with the ganache and cover them with another 40 grams of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 7 minutes and serve immediately.
