Whole wheat gnocchetti with beans and baby tomatoes

Ingredients

(for 4 people)
100 gr whole wheat breadcrumbs
100 g whole wheat flour
220 ml Bio Oat Drink Natural or Calcium
1 shallot
200 g fresh peas (or frozen peas)
200 g cherry tomatoes
200 g Bio Oat cuisine
olive oil, salt to taste

Preparation

Heat Bio Oat Drink in a saucepan with a pinch of salt until it boils. Pour it into a bowl, on top of the breadcrumbs and stir with a spoon, then add the flour and knead. Leave to cool and start on the dressing. Parboil the peas in boiling salted water for a few minutes. Fry the sliced shallot in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil and then add the cooked and drained peas. After a few minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and finally Bio Oat Cuisine. Bring the salted water to boil and drop in the gnocchi, using a skimmer to fish them out as soon as they float to surface. Mix with the sauce.
