Whole wheat gnocchetti with beans and baby tomatoes

Ingredients

(for 4 people)
100 gr whole wheat breadcrumbs
100 gr whole wheat flour
220 ml Bio Avena Drink Natural or Calcium
1 large shallot
200 gr fresh peas (frozen peas will do as well)
200 gr cherry tomatoes
200 gr Bio Oat cuisine
Olive oil, salt to taste

Preparation

Heat Bio Avena Drink in a saucepan with a pinch of salt until it slightly boils. in a bowl, pour it on the breadcrumbs and stir with a spoon, then add the flour and knead with your hands Let it cool down and go for the dressing. Parboil the peas in boiling salted water for a few minutes, stew the sliced shallot in a pan with a couple of tablespoons of oil and then add the cooked and drained peas. After a few minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and finally Bio Oat Cuisine. Bring salt water to a boil and dip the gnocchi, use a skimmer to pick them up as soon as they rise to sruface and mix with the sauce
