Vegan Waffles


(for 6 people)
100 g of semi wholemeal flour
60 g of oat flour
40 g of buckwheat flour⁠
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of sugar (coconut or cane)
½ teaspoon of cinnamon⁠
a pinch of salt⁠
350 ml of Bio Soya Drink natural
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil⁠

Mix together all the ingredients to obtain a fairly creamy lump-free batter. Heat the waffle plates, lightly oil the surface and pour 3 tablespoons of dough onto each plate (or more if you want them bigger).
Cook for 5 minutes at maximum heat. Serve with peanut butter, blueberries, plant-based yoghurt and maple syrup.
