Salad with potatoes and smoked tofu

100 g mixed salad (rocket, lettuce, spinach, valerian …)
500 g potatoes
200 g smoked tofu
EVO oil

Pink sauce:
120 g Bio Rice Cuisine
60 g ketchup
30 g delicate mustard
1 lemon juice tablespoon
1 pinch of salt


Make the sauce by mixing the ingredients together and adding salt and lemon. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and steam them. Place lettuce on the bottom of the dishes, then the potatoes seasoned with a little salt and oil, the diced tofu and the sauce.
