Quinoa Burger

Ingredients

(for 2 people)
200 g of quinoa
100 g of chickpea flour
100 g BioDrinkQuinoa
2 carrots
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
2 leaves of cabbage
2 sandwiches for burger
Ketchup
1 fresh fennel
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook the quinoa in boiling water. Blend the garlic, onion and carrot, adding Bio Quinoa Drink until a very soft puree has formed. Add salt and pepper, the quinoa and the chickpea flour and mix well. Shape burgers with your hands.
Cook in a pan with a little oil or in the oven using greaseproof paper. Fill the bread rolls with the cabbage leaves, diced carrot sauté and ketchup.
