Sweet rice with vanilla and raisins


(for 4 people)
200 g carnaroli rice
750 g BioRiceDrink Vanilla
60 g raisins
1 or 2 tablespoons of rice malt
1 handful of lightly toasted natural pistachios
fresh fruit to complete

Rinse the rice under running water and cook with the Vanilla Rice Drink, with the lid on and over a very low heat, until the cooking liquid has been absorbed. Stir occasionally, making sure that it does not stick to the bottom and that the liquid does not boil over. When the rice is cooked, add the raisins and rice malt to taste. Leave to cool and place in individual bowls, finishing off with pistachios and fruit to taste.
