Preparation
In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour, 50 g of rice flour, spices, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the Bio Drink Oat Gluten Free. Whisk thoroughly until the batter is smooth and uniform. If it is too thick, add more oat drink. Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Peel the apples and core them while keeping them whole. Slice the apples into rings about half a centimeter thick and coat them with lemon juice.
Heat the oil to 170–180°C.
Dust the apple rings with the remaining 50 g of rice flour, then dip them into the batter using a fork. Allow any excess batter to drip off slightly, then carefully place them into the hot oil.
Fry the apple rings on both sides until golden brown.
Drain the fritters on paper towels. Serve hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
