Apple Crumble

Made with

For the dough:
(for two people)
100 g of oat flour
200 g of whole wheat flour
50 g of brown sugar
1,5 teaspoon of baking powder for pastries
70 g of sunflower oil
90 ml of Bio Rice Drink Plus
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla to taste
A pinch of salt

For the filling:
4 small apples
Cinnamon to taste
3 teaspoons of brown sugar
40 g of Pecan nuts
4 teaspoons of strawberry jam

Put all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor and mix them all together in order to obtain a crumbled dough. Take ⅔ of the dough and, by pressing with the hands, create a base on the baking tray (20×20 cm) covered with parchment paper.

Prepare the filling: peel and cut the apples into small cubes and put them in a small saucepan, with the cinnamon and the sugar. Cook and blend them for about 5-7 minutes. Put a layer of strawberry jam on the base and then spread the crumbly dough on the whole surface.

Add the pecan nuts broken into small pieces to the ⅓ of the remaining dough and mix for a couple of seconds with the food processor in order to combine the nuts..
Spread this crumbly mixture well over the top of the apples. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
