1 kg of bell peppers
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoons of olive oil
salt and pepper
400 ml of water
200 ml of Bio Oat Drink Natural⁠

Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Once it has cooled, peel off the peel, and remove the seeds.
Roast the chopped onion and garlic in a pan, then add the peppers, salt and pepper. Pour over the water and bring to a boil. Blend with a blender and add the oat drink as well.
