Pumpkin spice sauce


(for 4 people)
50 g decorticated Delica pumpkin
20 g cashew nuts
120 ml Bio Soya Drink Natural
40 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp corn starch
salt to taste⁠

Boil the cashews and little pieces of pumpkin in salted water until fully cooked. Then drain and blend all the remaining ingredients. Adjust the salt.
If it is too thick, add a few tablespoons of Bio Soya Drink Natural.
Serve the sauce warm with falafel, roasted pumpkin, beetroot hummus and salad.
