Puff pastry tree filled with hazelnut cream


2 rectangular vegan puff pastry rolls
150 g of dark chocolate
50 g of hazelnut cream
40 g of Bio Soya Drink Cacao
2 tablespoons of Bio Oat Drink Gluten-free

Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie adding in the meantime also the Bio Soya Drink Cacao. Then add the hazelnut cream and stir well. Roll out the first roll of puff pastry and cover it with the chocolate hazelnut cream. Overlap the second roll of puff pastry and cut out the shape of a tree. Cut the branches on the left right and on the left, stopping 2 to 3 centimetres from the centre and twist them. With a star-shaped pastry cutter, also cut out stars for decoration. Brush with 2 tablespoons of Bio Oat Drink Gluten-free.
Bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
