Cups with Biogurt Cream


(for 4 cups)
250 g of Biogurt Coconut Blueberry
250 g of Biogurt Coconut Natural
100 g of Soya Drink Natural
150 g of fresh blueberries
120 g of toasted oat flakes
3 g o agar-agar
8 small mint leaves

Bring the Soya Drink Natural with the agar-agar to the boil for 1 minute. Divide the drink into two bowls and pour the Biogurt Coconut Blueberry into one and the Biogurt Coconut Natural into the other. Mix well and leave to set in the fridge.
Blend the two compounds with an immersion blender until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream. If necessary, add a few extra tablespoons of Biogurt.
Alternate the two creams into the cups, the oat flakes and the fresh blueberries, then again the two creams and finish with more oat flakes, fresh blueberries and mint leaves.
