For the goji and cranberry breading:
50 g of dried goji berries
30 g of dried cranberries
For the bon bons:
120 g of coconut flour
40 g of Bio Coconut Original Drink
50 g of light brown sugar
20 g of cocoa butter
For the breading
Blend the goji berries and the blueberries in a cutter and spread the mixture on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Dry it in the oven at 110° for about 1 hour or until the mixture is dry.
Once cooled, toss again in the cutter.
For the bon bons
Combine the coconut flour, the sugar, the Coconut Drink and the cocoa butter previously melted and blend them in a cutter until a smooth paste is obtained. Leave it to cool down in the fridge.
With the hands form small balls of about 15-20 g each.
Dip each bon bon in the goji and blueberry breadcrumbs and place them in paper cups.
Finish resting in the fridge before serving.
