500 g Bio Soya Drink Cocoa
150 g dark chocolate
25 g cornstarch
30 g cane sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of salt
16 mini vegan marshmallows

Preparation
Pour the drink into a saucepan, keeping about 50 g aside, add the sugar and all the spices, and bring to a gentle boil.
Dissolve the cornstarch in the reserved cold drink, stirring with a teaspoon, then pour it into the chocolate mixture while whisking to avoid lumps.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and finally add the chopped chocolate, stirring until completely melted.
If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding more drink.
Serve the hot chocolate in cups and top each with 4 mini vegan marshmallows.
