Chocolate glass


2 Bio Dessert Oat Chocolate
50 g 70% of dark chocolate
100 g of dry biscuits
20 g of unsweetened corn flakes
20 g of roasted hazelnuts
1/2 tablespoon of bitter cocoa
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 mint leaf for decoration ⁠

Blend the dry biscuits, corn flakes, toasted hazelnuts and pinch of salt. Pour one half into the bottom of the glass. Mix the other half with the bitter cocoa and brown sugar and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to a small bowl together with a jar of Bio Dessert Oat Chocolate, stirring well. Pour the mixture into the glass.
Pour the second jar into the glass.
Finish with the biscuits previously whipped with cocoa and decorate with the mint leaf.
