Frozen Blueberry Biogurt


(for 6 servings)
5 jars of Blueberry Soy Biogurt
150 g berry jam
250 g fresh blueberries
50 g brown sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon ⁠

Cook the blueberries in a saucepan with the brown sugar and lemon juice for a few minutes. Switch off and leave to cool.
Pour the Biogurt into a rectangular aluminium container. Then pour the fresh blueberries and jam in spots and, with the help of a toothpick, mix them unevenly. Place it in freezer. Remove from the container and cut into cubes.
