Apple and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients


300 g of Bio Soya Drink Natural (+ amount to taste to be whipped at the end)
100 g of small oat flakes
1 apple
Walnuts to taste
Sultanas to taste
1 teaspoon of coconut flower sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon⁠

Preparation

Place the oat flakes in a saucepan and cover them with the Soya Drink Natural. Cook on a low flame for 7 to 8 minutes and stir often. Cut the apple into cubes and cook for a few minutes with the coconut flower sugar, the cinnamon and a tablespoon of water. At the end of cooking, add a few nuts and sultanas. Transfer the cooked oat flakes to the base of a bowl and cover them with the cooked apples. Using a milk frother, whip the Soya vegetable drink and pour it over the porridge.
