Ingredients
(for 7 popsicles)
For the pineapple:
400 g of pineapple
100 g of Bio Rice Drink Vanilla
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
For the berry layer:
120 g of berries (fresh or frozen)
30 g of Bio Rice Drink Vanilla
1 tablespoon of agave syrup

Preparation
Add all of the ingredients (for the pineapple layer ) to your blender and blend until combined.
Add all of the ingredients (for the berry layer) to your blender and blend until combined.
As you pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, be careful not to pour too much froth along with the liquid, otherwise you’ll end up with an air-filled popsicle once it’s frozen!
Move to the freezer for at least 5 hours, or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
