Thai Iced Veggy Café

Ingredients

(for 2 people)
2 Veggy Café
200 ml Bio Coconut Drink
1 tablespoon vanilla flavor
3 Tablespoon coconut sugar

Preparation

Pour two cold veggy cafe in ice cube tray ; place in the freezer to set , this may take about
3 to 4 hours depending on your freezer. Do the same with 200 ml of bio coconut drink in an ice cube tray.
Remove ice trays from the freezer when it is completely set.
Place the ice cubes in a blender, add vanilla , blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into glasses , top with coconut sugar and serve immediately.
