300 g of Bio Pure Almond Drink
120 g of pumpkin puree
50 g of amaranth
40 g of almond butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Biogurt Coconut natural
Rinse the amaranth and place it in a tall pot.
Add the Bio Pure Almond Drink and put the pot on the heat. As soon as it comes to the boil, lower the heat to the lowest, cover with a lid and cook for around 20 minutes or until the milk is completely absorbed.
Let it cool down and transfer to a blender jug; the pumpkin puree, the almond butter and the cinnamon and blend everything together.
Pour into a small glass, add the biogurt and decorate as you prefer.
