Puff pastry pear and biogurt


(for 6 people)
1 roll of puff pastry
3 Abate pears
1 Biogurt Coconut Lemon
brown sugar to taste
maple syrup to taste

Wash and cut the pears in half and core them. Cut the flesh along the length of the pear. Dip the pear half in brown sugar and place it on the puff pastry. Use a small knife to shape the puff pastry, leaving a little edge. Brush the pears with maple syrup and bake them in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Serve them hot with the Biogurt Coconut Lemon.
