Pistachio Jar


2 Soya Natural Biogurt
3 tablespoons pistachio cream
3 tablespoons agave syrup
100 g dry biscuits
150 g pistachios
1 pinch of salt

Create the base by blending the biscuits together with a generous spoonful of pistachios and a pinch of salt, then pour the resulting mixture into the bottom of a glass. In a bowl combine the Biogurt Soya Natural with the pistachio cream and agave syrup and mix well. Pour it into the glass over the base.
Finally, pour the remaining pistachio granules and decorate with a mint.
