Pancakes

Ingredients

(for 8/10 pancakes)
80 g of semi wholemeal flour
80 g of oat flour
40 g of almond flour
8 g of baking powder
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
350 ml of Bio Soya Drink
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
sunflower oil (to grease the pan)

Preparation

In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients and stir. Then add the liquids and whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture
Crumple up a piece of kitchen paper and soak the end in oil. Use this to grease a small non-stick frying pan. When the pan is hot, pour half a ladle of the dough in the middle and cook for a minute, flip the pancake and cook on the other side for a minute.
Serve with yogurt, maple syrup, berries or other fruit of your choice.
