Ingredients
(for 1 portion)
1/3 cup of soy yoghurt
1/2 cup of oat flakes
2/3 cup of Bio Spelt Drink
1 spoon of chia seeds
vanilla to taste
cinnamon to taste
a pinch of salt
2 spoons of maple syrup
peanut butter to taste

Preparation
Blend together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours, it is preferable during the night, before eating. Complete with your favourite nut butter and fresh fruit!
