1 l of Bio Drink Almond Barista
120 ml of espresso coffee
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
caster sugar to taste ⁠

Divide the hot coffee and maple syrup among four cups. Using a milk frother, whip Bio Drink Almond Barista until it forms a firm froth and then pour it over the coffee. Sprinkle the top with caster sugar and caramelise with the help of a blowtorch.
