Junior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, curious, and organised person who’s eager to get involved and dive into the heart of marketing activities.

Responsabilities

• Organise B2B and B2C trade fairs (booths, materials, suppliers, shipments);
• Participate in consumer events and promotional activities across the territory;
• Manage sponsorships and promotional initiatives;
• Monitor social media channels and support translations and editorial content;
• Coordinate photo shoots and creative materials with external partners;
• Liaise with the agency responsible for trademark protection;
• Support relationships with journalists and media when necessary;
• Ensure brand consistency across different international markets;
• Coordinate the development and distribution of POS materials;
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns;
• Provide marketing support for clients across multiple markets;
• Conduct market research and contribute to the development of strategic insights.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or related fields;
• 1–3 years of experience in operational marketing roles;
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail;
• Creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary

• Salary range: €28,000 – €31,000 gross per year;
• Positioning within the range will depend on professional experience and the level of autonomy the person can take on in the role.
