Grilled pineapple with coconut sauce and pecan nuts


(for 4 people)
1 pineapple
150 g of Bio Coconut Cuisine
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
a generous handful of pecans
some dark chocolate chips

Wash and peel the pineapple and cut it into 8 slices. Grill the slices on both sides for at least 5 minutes or until they are soft and lightly caramelized. Mix Bio Coco Cuisine with the maple syrup and serve the warm pineapple slices with the sauce, completing with pecans and chocolate chips.
