Coconut and blueberry stars


1 Biogurt Coconut Blueberry
200 g of fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 roll of puff pastry
Agave syrup to taste
Icing sugar to taste

Cook the blueberries together with the sugar, mashing them well with a whisk. Once a puree is obtained, turn off the heat, add the lemon juice and leave to cool. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out small stars with the help of a stencil. Pour a teaspoon of biogurt and a teaspoon of blueberry puree into the centre and cover with another layer of puff pastry. Seal using the tines of a fork. Make small flowers with a toothpick in the centre of the stars. Brush the stars with agave syrup and sprinkle with icing sugar. Bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 15-17 minutes.
