Coco-choco treats


10 peeled hazelnuts
50 g of brown sugar
200 g of coconut drink
80 g of coconut flour
50 g of coconut flakes
30 g of corn starch
200 g of dark chocolate

In a saucepan, combine the coconut drink, sugar, coconut flour and starch, boiling for a few minutes until it thickens. Let your cream cool down a bit, then pour it into a silicone chocolate ball mould (if you do not have one, you may use any kind of chocolate or ice cube mould). Stuff one hazelnut at the centre of each ball.

Place your treats in the freezer. Once they are fully frozen, remove them from the mould, briefly immerse them in water, coat them in coconut flakes then put them back in the freezer for a few minutes. In the meantime, melt the chocolate, either in a bain-marie or in the microwave.

Immerse your treats in the chocolate sauce then leave them to cool on parchment paper.
