Chocolate chip oatmeal cookies


100 g of brown sugar
200 g of vegetable margarine
300 g of oatmeal
100 g of wholegrain flour
30 g of chocolate chips
40 g of Bio Drink Oat Vanilla⁠

Thoroughly mix the flours together, sift them, then pour them into a large bowl. Next, add the margarine, sugar and Oat Drink Vanilla and knead well until you obtain a lump-free batter that’s not too watery. Gently mix the chocolate chips into the dough (try to touch them as little as possible, to prevent the chocolate from smearing or melting). Now shape the dough into the individual cookies, each with a diameter of about 7 cm. Place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
