Chia pudding

Ingredients

(for 1 pudding)
⁠120 ml of Bio Drink Oat Calcium
2 spoons of chia seeds
1 spoon of maple syrup
Vanilla to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and leave in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
In the morning create your parfait:
in a glass or in small jar put the layers – chia pudding, raspberry puree, vegetable yoghurt and granola.
