Brownie lava cake

For the cake:
(for four people)
200 g of oat flour
40 g of bitter cocoa
2 teaspoons of vanilla baking powder
480 ml of Bio Drink Soya Cocoa
4 tablespoons of brown sugar

For the filling:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons Bio Drink Soya Cocoa

For the topping:
dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Prepare the filling by mixing the peanut butter with the Bio Soya drink Cocoa. Blend all the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into four cocottes. Drop ½ tablespoon of filling per portion into the centre and cover the surface with chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
