Brown basmati rice

Ingredients

300 g of basmati rice
1 courgette
100 g of peas
1 carrot
1 onion
1 teaspoon of turmeric
50 ml of Bio Drink Brown Rice
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
salt, to taste

Preparation

Put some olive oil in a large pan, then brown the onion and turmeric on a low flame. Cut the courgette and carrot into small cubes, then toss them into the pan. After a few minutes, toss in the peas too. Add salt to taste and stir-fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes. Add the cooked rice to the vegetables. Pour in the Bio Brown Rice Drink and mix everything together well. Your delicious rice is ready to be served!
